CONTEMPORARY ART MUSEUM IN THE DESIGN DISTRICT OF MIAMI
MODELED AFTER THE ABC MUSEUM IN MADRID SPAIN

Custom Architectural shaped Façade using 3/8” anodized aluminum plate fabricated and imported from fabricator in Spain. Integrated with geometrically shaped recessed glass panels for lighting effect. Aluminum panels are mounted to structural aluminum vertical trusses.
Custom Exterior Wall Treatment on front and rear of building using extruded and anodized aluminum panels also fabricated and imported from Spain.
Assisted in design, detailing, material acquisition, and installation coordination.

Custom “Free-Standing” Stair with Glass Guardrail, Stainless Steel Cladding. Stair was fabricated with boxed W18x46 beams as stringers, then clad with #4 brushed finish stainless steel. Post-less glass guardrail sits on top of stringers. JRS Associates designed and detailed entire stair project, including material procurement and coordination of installation.
